The atomic bombs changed everything.
Every mage died. Birth rates plummeted. Mana Rotted.
But shifter life didn’t stop—it grew stranger.
As a magical mystery older than Rot itself unfolds in the heart of the American capitol, Lucky must learn to unify her shifter and human worlds or lose the people she loves in both.
Harmony Ends is a complete urban fantasy series, of five books and a prequel novella, based on one-of-a-kind bear shifter Lucky’s adventures in the Washington DC area.

Storm Claw (Prequel)
Shifter kin and humankind.
Since ancient times, the planet has always been divided into two worlds.
Earth magic or technology. Mana or money. Peace or war.
But for a bear shifter like Lucky, working in private security means she has to walk in both.
Rot festers the worst around humans. It feeds on the Earth magic’s mana in their cities and drags shifters down, down, down… until they fall to blood and violence.
Naturally, Lucky loathes any contract that sends her to vile human cities. She despises how the magical taint clings to her fur and whispers in her ears. Abhors it. Even fears it.
But this time, she can’t avoid it.
Stepping in when her brother’s firstborn is due, she must take a lucrative job bodyguarding a paranoid elitist holed up in her extravagant mansion. Lucky’s dreading her stay on San Juan Island, but Rot’s saturation around humans isn’t the only evil lurking in the client’s luxury estate.
When facing humanity’s worst, there’s no option but to fight… even if unmasking the monster means revealing the secrets she hides under her own skins.

Earth Song (Book 1)
Shifter kin and humankind.
Since ancient times, the planet has always been divided into two worlds.
Earth magic or technology. Mana or money. Peace or war.
But for a special bear shifter like Lucky, she doesn’t fit in anywhere.
Lucky has guarded her secret powers all her life. It’s easier that way, if a little lonely. So, when she learns a potential client might know about her unique skill set, she knows she’s been betrayed.
And there’s only one man to blame.
Again.
Just thinking about her estranged brother’s stupid golden fur kindles years-old anger. She delves into the contract to bury the past once and for all… but Earth magic has other plans for the one-of-a-kind bear shifter.
Lucky must balance the new magical forces tugging at her spirit while she heals the scars in her heart, and if that wasn’t enough, it turns out the job she just took is big. Way bigger than she ever imagined.
As Alphas and dominant shifters try to manipulate her, Lucky must stay true to herself if she wants to succeed. But through it all, will she sense the dark shadows lurking behind the glimmer of gold?

Blood Song (Book 2)
Shifter kin and humankind.
Since ancient times, the planet has always been divided into two worlds.
Earth magic or technology. Mana or money. Peace or war.
But for a new Alpha shifter like Lucky, she has to carve out her own place for herself and her kin.
Lucky has her paws full keeping up with her Alpha duties after claiming territory on the outskirts of Washington DC. It’s hard enough adjusting to the new kin bonds that trigger overprotective urges and elicit irrational overreactions, then there’s the fallout from overthrowing the raven Alpha.
And the mania over how she broke all magical precedent forming her unique sleuth.
So, the timing couldn’t be worse when her former Alpha sends urgent summons.
Top secret, urgent summons.
When Lucky also learns her family is involved, the ominous mystery pulls her away from her sleuthmates and plunges her into a twisted investigation… that leads back to her own doorstep.
An explosive threat looms in the snowy north, and its shadow stretches over her family and all the way to her sleuthmates. As Alpha instincts drive her to new extremes, Lucky must seek the nightmares hidden in her own heritage to keep the past from repeating its worst mistakes.

Spirit Song (Book 3)
Shifter kin and humankind.
Since ancient times, the planet has always been divided into two worlds.
Earth magic or technology. Mana or money. Peace or war.
But for an Alpha shifter like Lucky, there’s nowhere safe amongst shifter kin or humankind.
Lucky has barely survived a battle with Tau Kaiya, a great white shark shifter and a fire mage, but she’s left frightened and scarred. The price she paid to walk through the fire cost so much.
Too much.
To make matters worse, the American Shifter Defense Agency blames her for the giant explosion Tau had ignited. The feds are determined to make a punitive example out of her… or so it seems.
With conspiracies rising and blood thirst growing, Lucky must prove her innocence before she loses her rights, her territory, and maybe even her sleuth.
And underneath all that pressure looms the darkest fear of all: if she can’t expose the unknown forces dragging her down into the magical fray, she’s terrified she’ll fall to Rot again.
This time, permanently.

Tide Song (Book 4)
Shifter kin and humankind.
Since ancient times, the planet has always been divided into two worlds.
Earth magic or technology. Mana or money. Peace or war.
But for a powerful Alpha like Lucky, there is no telling who is friend or foe amongst shifter kin or humankind.
Lucky has beaten all the odds to clear her name in an American federal investigation and fought off her nemesis, Tau Kaiya, a great white shark shifter and a fire mage.
Except now, she’s broke and stuck at home. All she can do is prepare for the next time he attacks.
And there will be a next time. The call of the unfinished hunt festers in her spirit… along with a new darkness.
Selfish, gruesome, insatiable darkness that she cannot stop from spreading.
So, when an old friend calls with the unbelievable news that Tau was spotted along the Washington coastline, Lucky will do everything in her power to go west to face him. She’s been training for months, strategizing for weeks, and counting down the days.
Because this third time will be the last.
She’ll make sure of it.

Moon Song (Book 5)
Shifter kin and humankind.
Since ancient times, the planet has always been divided into two worlds.
Earth magic or technology. Mana or money. Peace or war.
And for a one-of-a-kind Alpha like Lucky, she must pay the price for choosing both.
Victory should taste sweet.
Lucky has finally defeated her nemesis, the fire mage who scarred her right arm and haunted her nightmares. She smothered his spark between her jaws, giving up her mind, her body, her control—even her allies—to satisfy her dark revenge. But she returns home to her lands feeling far from triumphant.
Her victory has set her on an inevitable collision course with Tadhana Eeya, a flying fox shifter and a lightning mage, and her vast cult of zealots. With all Lucky has learned, with every step she has taken from ascending to Alpha, to falling to corrupted magic, to discovering the mages’ desperate cruelty…
It seems Earth magic itself has crossed Lucky’s and Tadhana’s fates.
Lucky thinks the stakes couldn’t get any higher. Like she doused the flames before, so she must find a way to extinguish the lightning.
What she never expected, though, not even after she broke all magical rules as a bear Alpha to human kind, as a shifter who could fall to Rot and come back, as a non-mage who leaked water from her two skins, is…
Rot, the corrupted magic that plagues all shifter kin, has destined Lucky to something far greater.
Something brighter, older, and mightier than the mage’s lightning—if only she can reach deep enough to free it.
